A four storey office building with an NIA of 40,000ft². A simple rectangular floorplate with core to the western end, creates large efficient and flexible open plan areas ready for a variety of potential fit outs. A chamfered corner creates a prominent entrance as the building is approached from Centre Square with a double height entrance adding impact internally.

Externally a dark brickwork frame to ground floor contrasts with the iridescent cladding and glazing to the upper three storeys, combined with the protruding fins to north elevation, the cladding interacts with the changing light to ensure the building looks stunning from every angle.
